Description

Gears are made of low-carbon alloy steel and undergo carburizing and quenching to achieve a surface hardness of HRC 62, delivering optimal wear resistance and impact toughness. The reduction mechanism employs a helical gear design, offering a tooth contact ratio more than twice that of standard spur gears.
