Henan Nengwei New Material Technology Co., Ltd. was established in June 2017. It developed and manufactured Henan Province's first industrial-grade fully automatic high-temperature powder processing equipment, with core temperature zones reaching 6000-10000 degrees Celsius. The equipment features high energy density, high heating intensity, large core temperature zone volume, and a simple material processing process; it has no electrodes, thus avoiding product contamination from electrode evaporation. This technology processes powder with low cost, uniform particle size distribution, smooth surfaces, few associated particles, high purity, low oxygen content, good flowability, uniform particle size distribution, no hollow spheres, and significantly increased bulk density. The company is a High-Tech Enterprise, a Luoyang City Technology-based SME, and a Luoyang City-level R&D Center. It has been shortlisted for the national finals of the Ministry of Science and Technology's Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition and has obtained multiple patents and software copyrights.
